About the Norfolk Waterside Marriott

All attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations at Norfolk Waterside Marriott. To book via phone, call (757) 627-4200 and request the “Sigma Sigma Sigma 46th National Convention” rate of $169/night. The discounted rate is available for three days pre-and post-Convention. If you would like to share a room, you will be responsible for finding your own roommate and coordinating shared costs. Be sure to have a credit card on-hand upon check-in; the hotel will need to have one on file for incidentals
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The hotel will hold your baggage at no charge, should you need to store it prior or subsequent to check-in/check-out time.

Incidentals
Any meals not included in your registration fee and all other personal purchases will be at your own expense. You must have a major credit card to register/check-in at the hotel and use to pay for any incidentals. You are encouraged not to use a debit card as it will be charged a deposit upon check-in and the charge may not be removed until after Convention concludes; this is standard hotel policy. To avoid this, use a credit card instead.
COVID-19 Policy
In accordance with city and hotel policies, social distancing and masks are not required. The hotel asks that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
The well-being of members is important to Tri Sigma. If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms at any time during the event—including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, or nausea—we ask that you self-quarantine.
