Schedule
The Greater St. Louis Alumnae Chapter has coordinated a few activities for members outside of the Convention schedule. Members must purchase their own tickets in advance and RSVP to any activities they plan to join. Don’t wait—tickets sell out quickly!

Gateway Arch Museum & Tram Tour
Thursday, June 26 at 1 p.m.
Experience a destination where the stories are as incredible as the views. With six themed, interactive exhibit areas, visitors can trace the stories of the Native Americans, explorers, pioneers, and rebels who made America possible at the Gateway Arch Museum.
After exploring all the museum has to offer, members can take the 630-foot ride to the top of the tallest monument in the United States! Members are welcome to attend even if they are not interested in taking the tram ride to the top of the Gateway Arch.

What happens at Convention?In addition to serving as the official triennial business meeting of Tri Sigma, the goal of Convention is to connect, learn, and celebrate. You can expect interactive learning opportunities, tons of networking opportunities, a celebration of our beautiful Ritual and, of course, a ton of fun to be had with your Tri Sigma sisters. Attendees also participate in the legislative process during the 2025 Business Meeting.

Who can attend?Convention is open to all members of Tri Sigma. Collegiate chapters are required to send a delegate, and alumnae chapters are highly encouraged to. Alumnae may invite non-member guests; however, they are not permitted to attend meetings, educational sessions, or ritual events. Guests are permitted at meals. There are a la carte meal ticket options for purchase in the registration form.

What should I wear?If this is your first Convention, you may be surprised to learn many members start planning their packing list up to a year ahead of time! While Convention is a special occasion, don’t be stressed out about what to wear or feel like you need a new wardrobe to attend. Thursday: Badge attire/business casual (no jeans or shorts); purple accents encouraged! Inspiration Friday: Badge attire/business casual (no jeans or shorts) in school colors. You are welcome to wear the same outfit to the Laurels banquet or change into something more elevated for the evening. Inspiration Saturday: White Ritual attire is requested for those attending or participating in Ritual ceremonies. Inspiration; You may remain in your ritual attire for the business meetings or change into badge attire. Semi-formal/cocktail attire is typically worn at the Festival of Lights. Inspiration Convention rooms can get quite chilly, so be sure to pack a light sweater or blazer should you need an extra layer. And don’t forget to bring your badge!

What's a delegate?Delegates vote on amendments to the National Bylaws and vote in the pre-Convention Executive Council elections. Typically, the chapter’s delegate is the Chapter President, but any member in good standing may be selected by the chapter and designated as the official delegate in Chapter Portal. Each collegiate chapter is required to send a delegate to Convention. National officers—comprised of various national volunteer roles—also vote, as well as Executive Council and all past National Presidents.

What will be voted on?New resolutions to the National Bylaws are on the Business Meeting agenda, as well as the ratification of Bylaws changed since 2022. A full resolutions packet, per the bylaws, is emailed out to members 90 days before Convention. More information on the resolutions will be distributed to all voting delegates in March. Delegates will also have the opportunity for a live Q&A session and an Essential Sigma module to learn more about the delegate voting process.

How much does it cost?Register by March 31 to receive the early bird rate of $515. On April 1, the price increases to the standard rate of $625. The deadline to register is midnight ET on May 16. ​ Single day and additional guest meal tickets are available for purchase on the registration form.

What meals are included?All meals listed on the schedule are included with the full registration, beginning with dinner at the Welcome Party. Breakfast is not included in the cost of your registration, but there are several dining options available on the Convention property.

Is the Golden Violet Luncheon only for Golden Violets?Nope! This special time will allow attendees to sit with table and get to know some of our longest, most steadfast members.

Do I make my own hotel reservations?Collegiate delegates should refer to the Collegiate Hotel Q&A for information regarding hotel reservations. Alumnae and collegians who will not be rooming with their delegate are responsible for making their own reservations. Here’s how!

Will T-shirts be for sale at Convention?The official Convention T-shirt is available for pre-order only and will be available for pick-up at Convention check-in. Other T-shirts and Tri Sigma merchandise will be for sale in the Sigma Mall, including Purple & Pearls. Check back closer to the event for a full list of vendors.

Is there a Convention app?Yes! Be on the lookout closer to the event for instructions on how to download and use the official Convention app.

What pre-Convention educational opportunities are being offered?National Volunteer Leadership Seminar (Thursday, 9 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.): This day-long opportunity will prepare national volunteers for the upcoming triennium and provide opportunities to collaborate, learn, and strengthen our shared commitment to Tri Sigma. They will also connect with fellow volunteers, explore their role in Tri Sigma’s organizational health measures, and review new processes to enhance team collaboration, feedback loops, and reporting structures. Recruitment Roadmap (Thursday, 1 – 3:45 p.m.): Collegiate Directors of Growth are required to attend this afternoon session designed to create a standardized, consistent approach to recruitment, chapter growth, and membership selection across all Tri Sigma chapters. Chapters will gain essential knowledge and learn best practices to target today’s potential new members while aligning with the National Panhellenic Conference’s total-setting methods.

Who can attend the National Volunteer Leadership Seminar?Any alumnae holding a national volunteer role is welcome to attend.

Who can attend the Recruitment Roadmap?All collegiate members are invited to attend, but seating may be limited. Should seating become limited, priority will be given to C.A.B. and Collegiate Director of Chapter Growth.

Will lunch be served?Lunch will be provided for NVLS attendees. Recruitment Roadmap attendees should eat before they arrive. There are several dining options available on the Convention property.

Does it cost to attend the pre-Convention educational events?Tri Sigma will cover the cost of these events, so they are free to attendees. It is important that attendees add the applicable pre-Con option to their registration. Due to the costs associated with hosting the event, any non-emergency cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the program will result in a $125 fee to cover costs.

Riverboat Cruise
Saturday, June 28 from 2:15–4 p.m.
Experience some of the best views of the Gateway Arch and downtown St. Louis on a fascinating riverboat tour guided by a National Park Service Ranger. Members interested in joining this coordinated cruise should book the 3 p.m. ticket for Saturday, June 28.
